By accessing or using DFW Cheap Flights ("Service"), operated by DFW Cheap Flights ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Service.

DFW Cheap Flights provides a curated newsletter service that delivers flight deal information for flights departing from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL). We offer both free and premium subscription tiers.

Free Tier

• Weekly roundup newsletter with 1-2 curated deals
• DFW and Dallas Love Field departure deals only
• Standard email delivery schedule

Premium Tier ($70/year)

• 2-3 newsletters per week with the best deals
• Includes domestic, international, and mistake fares
• Curated and bundled content for faster booking decisions
• Premium-only exclusive deals not shared with free subscribers
• Priority access to time-sensitive deals

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must provide a valid email address. For premium subscriptions, you must also provide accurate billing information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium Subscription

• Premium subscriptions are billed annually at $70
• Payment is processed securely through our platform partner Beehiiv via Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings on the Beehiiv platform

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new premium subscriptions. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel future renewals at any time.

5. Use of Service

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Share or redistribute our premium content to non-subscribers
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from our Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our permission

6. Flight Deal Information

Accuracy and Availability

We strive to provide accurate and timely flight deal information. However:

• Flight prices and availability change rapidly
• Deals may sell out or expire without notice
• We are not responsible for pricing errors by airlines or booking sites
• We do not guarantee that any specific deal will be available when you attempt to book

Third-Party Bookings

We provide links to third-party websites for booking flights. We are not responsible for:

• The booking process on third-party sites
• Any issues with reservations made through third parties
• The terms and conditions of airlines or booking platforms

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DFW Cheap Flights and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without written consent
• Create derivative works based on our Service

• Travel disruptions or cancellations

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the past twelve months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DFW Cheap Flights and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which should reasonably survive termination shall survive.

12. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Change our subscription prices with 30 days notice
• Update these Terms at any time

Material changes to these Terms will be notified via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DFW Cheap Flights regarding the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
